On July 20th, in Luanda, the presentation of the Ovina Yetu Foundation, led by Chef Helt Araújo, was celebrated, and the first meeting of its multidisciplinary Task Force was held. Together, we will rescue, valorize, and reinvent the history of Angolan gastronomy.
