The tropical garden of Belém in Lisbon hosted the Foodtopia festival on July 2nd and 3rd, featuring Chef Helt Araújo. The event included over 50 international chefs, including renowned Brazilian Chef Alex Atala, owner of the two-Michelin-starred DOM restaurant in São Paulo, and Henrique Sá Pessoa, from the Alma restaurant in Lisbon, also with two Michelin stars. Helt Araújo, owner of the Flor do Duke restaurant in Luanda, presented a variety of street food dishes, including options with meat, fish, and vegetarian choices, as well as some desserts, to promote traditional Angolan cuisine.
